Hello, I’m Kyle Kramer, and I’m excited to be part of the Stracke Land & Realty team. I grew up in Stuart, Nebraska, graduated from Stuart High School in 1991, and returned to the area in 1995. I have called O’Neill home for more than 30 years.

For over 25 years, I have owned and operated my own lawn care business, which has given me the opportunity to work with people throughout the area and build many lasting relationships. Through those years, I’ve learned the value of hard work, attention to detail, reliability, and treating people right—qualities I’m proud to bring with me into real estate.

Having deep roots in the area, I know and appreciate the people and communities that make North Central Nebraska such a great place to call home. Whether you’re buying your first home, looking for your next property, or preparing to sell, my goal is to listen to your needs, communicate throughout the process, and work hard to make your real estate experience a positive one.

On a personal note, I have been married to my wife, Susan, for 31 years, and we have two children, River and Ansley. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, watching Husker sports—especially football—and being outdoors, including working in and enjoying my own yard. I am also active in St. Patrick’s Church and our local Knights of Columbus.

I’m excited for this next chapter with Stracke Land & Realty and look forward to continuing to serve the people and communities I’ve called home for so many years.
