Hello everyone! My name is Jade Dexter and I am so thrilled to be serving you all. I am an Associate Broker with Stracke Land & Realty.
I want to make sure my clients feel as informed and cared for as possible throughout the entire transaction. I strive to make all buying and selling processes run smoothly, while keeping clients up to date and breaking down the process into more understandable terms. I am with each of my clients every step of the way – from the point of first contact to the end of the transaction at the closing table. Being present throughout the transaction, accessible, and working hard for my clients is my top priority.
I am an Ord, Nebraska native and moved to North Central Nebraska in 2019 with my husband.
I have a degree in Business Administration with a minor in Accounting, which goes hand-in-hand with real estate. It assures that I am a well-rounded sales associate on all topics related to the business side of real estate and can continue to serve my clients by looking out for their best interest. I have achieved my goal of taking my education to its highest level in real estate and have become an Associate Broker with lots of hard work and dedication.

Jade was kind, calming and so patient with us making sure to explain everything sometimes two or three times.
