Hello, I’m Kyle Connot. I joined the Stracke Land & Realty team in April, 2021. I am a Sales Associate specializing in farm and ranch land. I moved to Stuart, NE in 2007 and was assisting clients in financing and building their businesses at Tri-County Bank as the Vice President of Agriculture and Commercial Lending for 14 years. Since joining Stracke Land & Realty, I am looking to share my entrepreneurial spirit by helping clients find the ideal property to start or grow their own business. I am available in Holt, Rock, Brown, Cherry, Antelope, Keya Paha, and Boyd counties in Nebraska as well as Southern South Dakota.
I grew up north of Spencer, NE on our family farm and ranch, which is where I developed a strong work ethic and love for the outdoors. I married my high school “sweetheart,” Andrea, and we have twin boys, Seth and Austin.
With an enthusiasm to build positive relationships with my clients, I am wholeheartedly committed to providing superior customer service, consistent communications, respectful privacy, and unquestionable reliability. I consider my past experience in the banking industry and devotion in the local and surrounding areas as ideal assets to both buyers and sellers.
In my free time, you can find me chasing and coaching my kids in all of their seasonal sports. I also help out on the family farm and ranch, frequently go camping, and am always hanging around my family and friends. I am also very active in the community, volunteering my time and talents on numerous boards along with coaching youth and high school sports.
